Now I never got to check Tuesday, to see if two of my pots have been fired completely, but one of mine did. I know it's my fault, despite the fact that they pout in my small one but not the other two. So it caused some trouble in getting them in the first time. But whatever.

This is my first pot, it reads 

"so many books, so little time"

It stands for the fact that, no matter how long to how many people, life is still short. There's so much to do in life no matter who you are, you just aren't given the time to do all of it. 

This is the second pot I made it says

"A shelf without books, is like a body without a soul"

This ones more about reading, the fact that we can't do everything in the world we might want to, sometimes reading can help us out with that little issue. Reading books can take your imagination just about anywhere and everywhere. It all depends on the mind and body.

My final pot. Saying

"You only live once but if you do it right, once is enough"

This is pretty much my favorite one, saying that even though we once live once, if you enjoy life and live it well once is enough even with our mistakes and everything, you could live yet still like it. No one can tell you that it's not worth living as long as your happy. Living a good healthy life is something everyone wants and a happy life is something you have to give yourself.

Bass Wood

I took three pictures of the progress this was the beginning of carving. I didn't do the very best on this. But I'm mostly proud that it doesn't look totally horrible. 

It's meant to be a lizard, and fire??  I saw a picture that looked alike to this and liked it. I like the way it looked and decided to do that for my project.

This is my final project, it's not entirely dry I don't think, but honestly I don't know, I kind of like it though. I kind of think I should've left it how it was originally, with the regular bass wood but I chose to cover it and am mostly satisfied with it.
